## Customer Ordering Terms & Conditions

**Effective October 25, 2026**

Welcome to Flavors of India – Evansville, operated by EXPRESS 11 LLC. By placing an order, customers agree to the following terms, subject to applicable law.

### 1. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability, restaurant acceptance and successful payment authorization. Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and other disclosed fees are shown at checkout.

### 2. Food Preparation and Cancellations

Our kitchen begins preparing orders based on scheduled fulfillment times. Customers should contact us immediately to request changes or cancellation.

Orders canceled before preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund. Once preparation has begun, cancellation requests are considered individually based on food preparation and applicable law.

### 3. Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery addresses and pickup details. Preparation and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.

If an order is significantly delayed or not fulfilled, please contact us for assistance.

### 4. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

We may request reasonable verification of order details or payment authorization when necessary to prevent unauthorized transactions. We reserve the right to decline or cancel suspicious transactions and refund payments where appropriate.

### 5. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen handles ingredients including milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other common allergens. Cross-contact is possible.

Please communicate allergies and dietary restrictions before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or meal.

### 6. Buffet Terms

Buffet service is available for dine-in customers during advertised buffet hours. Pricing, dishes and availability may change.

Unless expressly offered, buffet purchases are for individual dine-in consumption and do not include unlimited takeout. Food sharing and additional takeout containers may be subject to separately disclosed charges.

### 7. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions are subject to their published terms, dates and eligibility requirements. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected unfulfilled orders with appropriate refunds.

### 8. Respectful Service

We welcome all customers and maintain a safe, respectful environment. Threats, harassment, theft and disruptive conduct are not permitted. Service may be refused for legitimate, lawful reasons unrelated to protected characteristics.

### 9. Website Content and Brand Protection

Original restaurant-owned photographs, logos, menu descriptions and branding are owned by Flavors of India – Evansville or their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction of protected materials is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

### 10. Customer Feedback

We welcome honest customer reviews, positive or negative. Nothing in these terms limits customers' legal rights to publish truthful opinions or raise concerns.
